Tretinoin
Speeds up the lifecycle of skin cells through high-powered exfoliation, bringing new, healthy skin cells up to the surface. Tretinoin doesn’t just prevent acne, it’s also an effective treatment for sun-damage and fine lines, surface wrinkles, and dark spots that can be caused by acne scarring.

Clindamycin
Kills acne-forming bacteria, improving current breakouts and preventing new ones. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of and killing the bacteria that causes acne and inflammation by decreasing swelling and preventing the bacteria from invading pores.

Azelaic acid
A naturally occuring acid with anti-microbial properties that reduces inflammation (redness) and prevents outbreaks. Azelaic acid is an antioxidant that decongests clogged pores, refines pore size and evens out skin tone.

Zinc Pyrithione
Has anti-bacterial/anti-fungal properties to address acne that may be caused by fungus and it is an anti-inflammatory. It helps to prevent excessive secretions of the sebaceous glands (reduces oily skin) that can lead to a breakout.

Niacinamide
A concentrated form of the B3 vitamin, Niacinamide targets excess oil production, reduces inflammation, and soothes skin. Also aids the skin barrier, reduces the appearance of redness/blotchiness, balances sebum production and improves the appearance of skin imperfections.
